:: Stepped center medallion with four sharp serrated leaves and interior blossoms adorned at either end by long stemmed finials in arrowed contour atop a covered field of finned germinating plants. Unusual size and design for type. Possible Bakshaish attribution. Colors and shades include: Deep brick red, cherry red, sky blue, powder blue, ivory, dusty gold, madder root red, pale blush, navy blue, charcoal brown, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with foundation showing through. Tatter to ends. Some older minor darning and copy repairs to one end. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Heriz rug made in Persia circa 1910's vintage. Size measures 2'5" x 3'8".
